Biography
• Miski Omar is a Manager at ARDENT with over seven years of professional experience in risk advisory, internal audit, advisory & certification services for In-Country Value (ICV), national incentive programs including Energy Support Program (ESP) and Industrial Land Rent Program (ILRP).
• Prior to joining ARDENT, she worked with a Big Four firm in the UAE and other reputable consulting organizations
• Miski has significant experience leading and delivering advisory and audit projects for clients across both the public and private sectors. Her expertise includes internal audits, policy and procedure reviews, agreed-upon procedures and governance enhancement initiatives.
• She has supported organizations in improving operational efficiency, enhancing transparency, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and business requirements.
• Has successfully managed end to end engagements encompassing planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and implementation support and assisted in developing standard procedures, execution and aligning business processes with strategic objectives and requirements and facilitated advisory workshops and knowledge transfer sessions, helping stakeholders navigate regulatory obligations and strengthen governance practices.
