Biography
Zia is a Manager at ARDENT with more than 7.5 years of consulting expertise across banking, healthcare retail, industrial sectors and an experienced Digital Transformation and Business Analysis professional. He has successfully led projects in ERP implementation, system selection, policy development, and organizational design, working with some of the region’s largest organizations. Before joining ARDENT he was associated with a large technology consulting organization.
Zia brings a strong blend of technical and business acumen to his projects. His portfolio includes designing transformation roadmaps, managing complex ERP projects, and streamlining processes to drive organizational growth and efficiency.
Zia has a Bachelor’s in Electronics & Communication Engineering and an MBA in Marketing & HR.
