Biography
Shruti is an Associate Director with ARDENT with over 13 years of professional experience in delivering Internal Audit, SOX, ERM, and Risk Advisory services to clients across the GCC, India, the US, and the UK. Prior to joining ARDENT, she managed sizeable client portfolios at Big 4 firms in the UAE and India.
Shruti has led engagements involving fraud risk management, internal control attestation, and enterprise risk frameworks for clients in energy, financial services, manufacturing, and e-commerce. She has overseen large-scale SOX implementations and attestation projects, driven automation in banking and capital markets, and executed comprehensive audits across diverse sectors.
Shruti is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
