Biography
Rajesh has over 27 years of experience in Management Consulting with Big 4 consulting firms in the Middle East. Prior to joining ARDENT he established and led the financial services and financial management practice, within Management Consulting in a Big 4 firm. He has actively engaged with Boards and C level executives of leading organizations in the GCC.
Rajesh has led and successfully delivered over 350+ projects in strategy and business transformation, process and performance improvement, operating model design and implementation, change management, information technology, PMO design/set up/management, and advanced analytics for his clients. He was instrumental in launching and bringing Fintech companies to the Middle East focusing on digital transformation and data analytics.
Rajesh has worked across industry sectors of financial services and fintech, SWFs, public sector, private offices, oil and gas, healthcare, retail, education, manufacturing, automotive, real estate and construction.
Rajesh holds an MBA from the University of Sheffield and a leadership credential in Banking from INSEAD
