Biography
Palash is a Manager with ARDENT with over 9 years of professional experience in providing a range of advisory and financial services to clients in the GCC and India. Prior to ARDENT, he worked with a Big Four firm in India in its Deal Advisory practice, and earlier with one of India’s leading private sector banks.
Palash has supported a wide range of mandates including sell-side and buy-side advisory, business valuations, due diligence, and business plans. His sector experience spans retail, healthcare, food & beverage, manufacturing, oil & gas, and automotive. Palash also has substantial expertise in debt restructuring and financial services advisory.
Palash holds an MBA and is a CFA (USA) charter holder.
