Biography

Nirbhay is a Founding Partner at ARDENT and leads the firm’s Risk & Tax Advisory practice. With over 25 years of professional experience, he has advised a diverse portfolio of clients — from large national and multinational corporations to publicly listed entities on ADX, DFM, FTSE, and NYSE.

Nirbhay’s career spans global leadership roles at Big 4 firms across Mumbai, Dubai, and London. He has designed and delivered high-impact, multi-jurisdictional solutions for listed entities; sovereign wealth funds; government institutions; international conglomerates; and regional family offices. He has successfully led engagements in:

• Internal Audit, Forensics and Corporate Governance

• Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)

• Direct and Indirect Tax Advisory

• IFRS Advisory and Conversion Projects in the UK, UAE, and KSA

• In-Country Value (ICV), Energy Support Program (ESP) and Industrial Land Rent Program (ILRP)

• Fractional CFO and Accounting Advisory Services
