Biography
Niketh is a finance professional with a decade of experience spanning transaction advisory, corporate finance, and audit.
At ARDENT Advisory & Accounting, he has led complex corporate restructuring, business valuation, purchase price allocation, and financial modelling engagements for clients across sectors such as aviation, technology, healthcare, and investment holdings in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Earlier in his career, he has gained extensive experience in financial analysis and audit through roles with leading firms and healthcare groups.
He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA – Alaska, USA) and a Certified Financial Modelling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA).
