Biography
Kejal Shah is a Manager in the Transaction Advisory practice at ARDENT, bringing over 8 years of professional experience in India and the GCC. She has previously worked with two Big 4 firms, gaining deep expertise across global advisory practices.
Kejal specializes in financial due diligence, valuations, and M&A advisory, with extensive experience in supporting strategic investors and private equity firms on buy-side and sell-side transactions across diverse sectors including infrastructure & real estate, healthcare, consumer products, retail, and manufacturing.
Kejal is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a master’s degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai.
