Biography
Harsh is an Associate Director at ARDENT with over 8 years of experience delivering advisory services to clients across the GCC and India. Having started his professional journey at ARDENT, he has steadily advanced to a mid-management role within a relatively short period.
Harsh’s expertise spans sell-side and buy-side M&A, financial modeling, valuation, and strategy mandates, supporting large and mid-market clients across sectors such as retail, healthcare, construction & contracting, consumer, manufacturing, entertainment and oil & gas.
Harsh is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a CFA Charter holder.
