Biography
Nikhil is a Partner with ARDENT with over 20 years professional experience in providing a range of advisory services to clients in the GCC. Prior to joining ARDENT, he has worked as a Senior Director with a regional private equity firm and an Associate Director with a Big Four accounting firm in the UAE.
Nikhil has led M&A advisory engagements in relation to both buy-side and sell-side transactions for large to mid-market clients in retail, healthcare, food and beverage, financial services, manpower services, logistics, real estate, entertainment and construction. He has also led due diligence engagements for several transactions in the food and beverage, healthcare, pharma, media, facility management and retail sectors. He has advised family offices, private equity firms, corporates, multi-national companies across a range of transaction advisory engagements.
Nikhil is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management.
