Biography
Yamini is a Manager in the Management Consulting practice at ARDENT with over 10 years professional experience in providing a range of advisory services to clients in India and GCC. Prior to joining ARDENT, she has worked with two leading professional services firms in India.
Yamini brings extensive experience working with large and mid-market clients across sectors such as retail, healthcare, education, and financial services. Her expertise spans the development and execution of strategic initiatives, including the design of target operating models, delegation of authority frameworks, development of business continuity framework and comprehensive policy and procedure documentation.
Yamini is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and has a Bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Delhi.
