Prior to joining Ardent, Zoya has worked with one of the big 4 firms and two other large global organisations where she gained valuable Transaction Advisory skills and expertise.
Zoya has a Master’s in Business Administration (Finance).

- Zoya has worked on diverse M&A projects covering industry analysis, strategic analysis, financial analysis and financial modelling.
- She has conducted secondary research for clients for understanding industry dynamics, determining market size, examining emerging trends and developing forecasts.
- On Transaction Support mandates, Zoya has experience of working through the transaction life cycle, conducting financial and market analysis, managing the transaction process and assisting in deal negotiations.
