Biography
Vivek is an Associate Director in the Tax practice at ARDENT. Vivek has more than 9 years of post-qualification experience in corporate and international taxation, transaction structuring and advisory, mergers and acquisitions, transfer pricing, tax due diligence, investment and exit strategies for clients in oil and gas, manufacturing, investment funds, private family offices, and service sectors.
Vivek’s vast experience includes advising foreign / UAE companies on investment / divestment deals – structuring advise, review of business model / corporate structures, mergers and acquisitions, contract review, exit opinion, tax exposure estimation, tax indemnity, tax due diligence / compliance matters, and valuation aspects.
Vivek is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a bachelor’s degree in law.
