Biography
Vinay is an Associate Director at ARDENT with more than 9 years of post-qualification experience in Indirect Taxation, covering GCC VAT, GST, and service tax and has catered to diverse clientele from insurance, construction, education, and manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining ARDENT, he worked with a leading Indian contracting company and with one of the Big 4 firms in Indirect Tax domain.
Vinay’s extensive experience includes assisting clients in areas such as tax advisory, tax opinions, trainings, indirect tax health check-ups, and tax audits. His proficiency also extends to Tax Technology solutions, where he has played pivotal role in successfully implementing e-invoicing solutions and e-way bill solutions for clients.
Vinay is a Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
