Saqib is a Director in the Transaction Advisory team at ARDENT, bringing over 20 years of professional experience in valuations and corporate financial advisory across the Middle East and Australia. He possesses extensive expertise in the valuation of businesses, intangible assets, and securities for a wide range of purposes, including mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and taxation.
Saqib has advised several leading global corporations and regional business groups across diverse industries including food and beverage, agriculture, retail and FMCG, hospitality, oil and gas, mining, transportation and logistics, healthcare, education, distribution, fresh produce, water treatment, real estate, manufacturing, telecommunications, contracting, and steel.
As part of ARDENT’, Saqib plays a significant role in strengthening the firm’s advisory capabilities. He contributes to mandates involving mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt fund-raising, financial due diligence, and restructuring advisory for large and mid-market clients across the GCC, India, and the United Kingdom.
Saqib is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder from the CFA Institute (USA) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), United Kingdom.
