Sharad Bhandari is the Managing Partner and founder of ARDENT. Formerly, Sharad was a partner and the Head of Transactions and Restructuring practice at a Big 4 firm for the UAE and Oman. He is also an active member of the Trade Committee of Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce. Sharad is currently on the board of a few educational institutions in Abu Dhabi.

During his three-decade career Sharad has gained significant advisory experience in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Restructuring, Forensic and Internal Audit. He has led several landmark Corporate Finance and Restructuring transactions in the UAE in the recent past.

Sharad is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
