Biography
Sharad is the Managing Partner of ARDENT Advisory & Accounting and has over 35 years of professional experience including 40+ years with a Big-4 firm in the UAE & UK. He was the Head of Transactions and Restructuring practice of the Big-4 firm for the Lower Gulf (UAE and Oman). He was also their Head of Markets in the Lower Gulf.
Sharad has led and managed several audit and advisory engagements (including certification work) in the UAE and UK, both for private and public sector organizations. Sharad has served as the Lead Partner on several large clients of ARDENT and the Big-4 firm and has led several landmark Corporate Finance and Restructuring transactions in the UAE.
Some of the clients Sharad has served include ADNOC, Mubadala, IHC, Abu Dhabi Holding, YAS Holdings, First Abu Dhabi Bank, Emirates NBD, Commercial Bank of Dubai, Dhabi Group, Al Jaber Group, Lulu Group, Dubai Parks & Resorts, MERAAS, Le-Meridien Group, Al Fahim Group, Al Nasser Holdings, Aldar, Modon, Government of Abu Dhabi, Ministry of Finance, ADQ, Siemens, Alpha Dhabi, Shell and Abu Dhabi Ports Group.
Sharad is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
