Biography
Ritesh is a Director with ARDENT’s Transaction Advisory team with over 18 years of professional experience in transaction advisory, valuations, financial due diligence, purchase price allocation and feasibility studies. Prior to joining ARDENT, he was part of the Financial Advisory Services team at Grant Thornton.
He has advised clients across a wide range of sectors including healthcare & pharmaceuticals, education, real estate, hospitality, retail, leisure & entertainment, cement, infrastructure, logistics and many more.
Ritesh is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), a qualified Company Secretary (ICSI), and holds a Master’s degree in financial management.
