Rajesh has over 25 years of experience in management consulting with Big 4 consulting firms and over 22 years of experience in the Middle East having worked across key markets of UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar.

Rajesh established and led the financial services practice within Management Consulting in a big 4 firm. He has actively engaged with the Boards and C level executives of leading organizations in the GCC.

Rajesh has successfully led and delivered over 300+ projects in Strategy and Business Transformation, Process and Performance Improvement, Operating Model Design and Implementation, People and Change Management, Cost Optimization, IT System Selection and Implementation, PMO Design/Set up/Management, and Digital and Advanced Analytics.

Rajesh is a Masters in Business Administration from the UK and attended the INSEAD executive program.
