Biography
Chetan is a Director at ARDENT with over 17 years of professional experience in providing a range of Risk Advisory services to clients operating in the GCC and India. Prior to joining ARDENT, he worked for Big 4 firms, being part of their Assurance and Risk Advisory teams, and with a public listed Energy and Utility Group in their Finance and Account function.
Chetan leads Risk Advisory engagements providing services such as establishing, reviewing & implementing Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) frameworks; Corporate Governance; Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, Forensics, Accounting Advisory, IPO Advisory, ICV, ESP & ILRP certification, advisory, and implementation, and SoX/IFC/ICoFR for large to mid-market clients. His sector experience covers automotive, construction & contracting, education, energy & natural resources, financial institutions, FMCG, food & beverages, healthcare, hospitality, IT/ITES, manufacturing, port management, real estate, retail, telecom, travel & tourism, and utilities sectors.
Chetan is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, the Institute of Internal Auditors and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
