Prior to joining ARDENT, Adarsh had worked with a Big 4 where he gained valuable skills and knowledge in the field of Risk Management and Audit in a wide range of industries including Retail, Automotive, Real estate, Hospitality and Sovereign Funds.

Experience

• Adarsh has been part of several internal audit engagements including for a large, diversified company in the automobile sector. He is experienced in conducting risk and control analysis, gap analysis and remediation planning for identified gaps and deficiencies.
• Adarsh has assisted in the design of policies & procedures for various entities, including preparation of process maps and flow charts and preparing policies and procedures documents based on international best practices
• Adarsh has previously worked with a large government entity on a cost allocation and optimization project, where he identified overcharging by a supplier for more than three years and provided valuable recommendations to enhance existing practices
