Sashikanth is a partner with ARDENT with over 30 years professional experience in providing a range of advisory services to clients in the GCC, India and the UK. Prior to founding ARDENT, he was the Head of Advisory for a Big 4 firm in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
Sashi has led advisory services in relation to M&A mandates and equity/debt fund raising for large to mid-market clients in retail, healthcare, education and financial services, financial due diligence services for several very large transactions in the telecom, utilities and manufacturing sectors, many of which were cross border transactions, and debt restructuring advisory for large GCC conglomerates.
Sashikanth is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
