Rohit is an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India having more than 2 years of experience. Prior to joining Ardent, he worked in one of the Big 4’s – advising clients on implementation of IFRS, complex accounting advisory and diligence projects thereby gaining valuable skills and knowledge in the field of Accounting and Advisory.
Experience
- Rohit has been a part of multiple M&A advisory engagements including a sell side advisory for a foreign exchange house for divestment of 100% equity stake, sell side advisory for the potential acquisition of an information technology company, where he has carried out analysis of the business plans, prepared the information memoranda, and developed financial models/deal tools, subsequent valuation/diligence reports.
- He has also worked on buy side transactions where he worked extensively on the primary and secondary research of the target companies, study of comprehensive financial models and being a part of the due diligence process.
