Manek is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, having 4 years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services. He also holds an undergraduate degree in business (Bachelor of Commerce) from Panjab University.
Prior to joining Ardent, Manek worked with a Big 4 firm through which he gained valuable skills and knowledge in the field of Transaction Advisory Services.
Experience
- Manek has over 4 years of experience in providing buy side financial due diligence services to strategic and financial investors as well as vendor assistance/ vendor financial due diligence services, to various companies in India and GCC region.
- During his tenure, Manek has performed financial due diligence on companies of various industries such as Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, Pharmaceuticals, Food and Beverage, Oil & Gas and others.
- Manek has experience in providing buy side support services as well, including a recent transaction where a major Emirati-based multinational telecommunication acquired an e-commerce company in UAE.
- Manek has also been involved in engagements providing post transaction accounting services, in accordance with relevant IFRS.
