Vishwesh is a Director in ARDENT’s Transaction Advisory Practice. He has over 20 years of experience in providing wide range of M&A and capital market related advisory services to a broad range of businesses in the GCC and the greater MENA region, Singapore, and India. Prior to joining ARDENT, Vishwesh was the Head of Transaction Services for a Big 4 firm in Bahrain and Qatar where he worked on buy- and sell-side advisory engagements for numerous strategic and financial buyers in public and private deals. He has led and managed a large number of advisory engagements advising private and government sectors on privatizations, M&A, IPO, private placements, debt advisory, valuations, due diligence, and restructuring.

He has been the team lead on a number of engagements providing transaction, capital market, and model review advisory services across diverse sectors such as banking and financial services (both conventional and Islamic), contracting, manufacturing, real estate, retail and telecommunication services in Bahrain, Egypt, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

Vishwesh has a  Masters in Business Administration from the Asian Institute of Management, Makati.
