Saniya is an ACCA Affiliate, has been associated with the ICV Program and have executed multiple ICV engagements to issue the Certificates and provide advisory services.

Prior to joining Ardent, Saniya had worked with one of the Big 4 firms through which she gained knowledge and expertise in the field of Statutory Audit, ICV/ETIP certification and other assurance services.
Experience

Service Line/ Product Expertise/ Industry

• Saniya has been part of an audit team who performed various financial audits for companies in the construction and hotel industries, in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) and assisted in preparation of financial statements in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for statutory audits.
• She performed substantive and analytical procedures on various accounts such as – General & Admin, Cost of sales, Payroll, Cash and bank and unrecorded liabilities along with reviewing the Bank Reconciliation & assisting in carrying out quality audit services to clients in various industry sector.
• Saniya conducted different AUP engagements involving ICV and ETIP Certifications in the UAE for companies in the various sectors such as but not limited to Retail & Consumer, equipment rental,, Consultancy, Travel & Tourism, Catering services and others, and Government entities. During these engagements:
• She has assisted in the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) related to human resources and finance processes.
