Profile
Saheta is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, M&A and Transaction Advisory services. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai.

Prior to joining ARDENT, Saheta had worked with renowned financial services firms where she worked on debt advisory transactions, buy/sell side M&A deals and business valuations for clients in diverse sectors including Financial Services, Real estate, Oil & Gas, Food and beverage, Pharmaceuticals and E-commerce.
Experience

• Saheta has worked on a sell side transaction for an Alternate Investment Fund in the real estate sector where she assisted in the transaction structuring and financial evaluation of the projects under consideration. In addition to this, she has assisted in preparing a pitchbook for a financial services company for a business acquisition.
• Saheta has also worked on various buy side transactions in the Oil and Gas sector where she worked extensively on the primary and secondary research of the target companies, preparation, and study of comprehensive financial models and managed the due diligence process.
• Saheta has supported multiple M&A advisory engagements including a buy side advisory for a healthcare distribution and marketing company, sell side advisory for the potential acquisition of an e-commerce company, sell side advisory for divestment of 100% equity stake of a catering company where she has carried out analysis of the business plans, prepared the information memoranda, financial projections and developed financial models/deal tools, subsequent valuation/diligence reports.
