Rizwan is an Associate Director in ARDENT’s Transaction Advisory Practice and has over 14 years of experience in transaction advisory, consulting, research and portfolio management.

He is experienced in executing sell-side and buy-side mandates, which includes valuation, due diligence services, financial modelling, and commercial review of legal documents.

He has managed number of engagements across diverse sectors such as banking and financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, education, food and beverages, commodities and contracting in the UAE, India, and Bahrain.

Prior to joining ARDENT, Rizwan was part of the consulting team with a leading Japan-based conglomerate in India, where he worked on consulting and buy/sell-side advisory engagements for local and international clients in Japan, GCC, and other frontier markets.

He is a member of CFA Institute, USA and has completed his MBA (Finance).
