Nirbhay is a founding partner and Head of Risk Advisory with over 20 years of professional experience. Nirbhay has worked for three of the Big 4 firms in London, Dubai and Mumbai and has advised a broad client base spanning from large national and multinational clients to clients listed on ADX, DFM, FTSE and NYSE exchanges. Formerly, Nirbhay was heading the Consumer & Industrial Market practice of a Big 4 firm and was part of the executive leadership team at one of the largest private real estate developers in the world.

Nirbhay has advised clients on numerous Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, Corporate Governance, Forensic audit, Financial Due Diligence, Purchase Price Allocation and IFRS conversion engagements in the UK, UAE and KSA. He also heads the In-Country Value (ICV) and Electricity Tariff Incentive Program (ETIP) practice.

Nirbhay is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
