Muhammad Ali is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACCA). He pursued his higher education in the U.K. Ali has 6+ years of experience, focusing on management consulting relating to process optimization & transformation and system selection & implementation. In addition, Ali has risk consulting experience focusing on risk management and internal audits

Experience

• Ali has delivered multiple business transformation engagements to optimize processes, policies and procedures across multiple sectors covering several key business functions
• He has worked on digital transformation projects for multiple organizations including the end-to-end system selection implementation process. This involved developing detailed business requirements along with the vendor identification, evaluation, and selection process for the IT solution
• Ali has worked on projects for reviewing compliance to relevant laws / regulations, industry leading practices and streamlining processes. He has also worked on various process optimization projects
• As part of risk advisory, Ali has managed Enterprise Risk Management engagements including conducting risk workshops, development of risk registers and preparation of risk based internal audit plans. In addition, he has conducted risk based internal audits for various business processes across a range of industries to understand the design and operating effectiveness and the overall control environment
