Profile

Aquilino is a Certified Public Accountant (Philippines) with over 5 years of professional work experience in across various industries such as Manufacturing, Retail and consumer, Shared Services, Construction/Engineering and others.

Prior to joining ARDENT, Aquilino was working as a Senior Accountant in one of the leading manufacturers of cleaning chemicals of in the Philippines for 3 years. He was managing the disbursement and inventory management of the accounting department.

Experience

Service Line/ Product Expertise/ Industry

• Involved in the preparation of management accounts for one of the well-known Real Estate company in UAE. The management accounts included the income statement, balance sheet, relevant notes and the tenant-wise rent roll. During the assignment he also performed multiple reconciliation checks for various reports generated by the systems and those maintained manually, to ensure the accuracy of the data.
• Handled end to end accounting and tax preparation for a group of companies in a shared services set up where the affiliated companies belong to various industries such as construction, service, retail and manufacturing. Such management reports include Balance Sheet, Income statement, Inventory Variance, Account reconciliation and other ad hoc reports.
• Conducted Agreed-upon procedures for various entities within UAE for Unified ICV certification launched by ADNOC and DED. Such procedures include but are not limited to the review of the audited financial statements, sample testing and inspection of supporting documents, as well as the review of accounting records and reconciliations prepared by the client management to ensure the correctness of the financial information being attested
• Conducted various financial audits for companies in diverse industries, such as Retails, Manufacturing, Service provider, and financial Institution, in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) and prepared financial statements in compliance.
